In this Excel Skills for Business: Intermediate II course, the material is divided into 6 weeks where each week will learn new material. At the end of each week, there will be a mixed exam consisting of multiple choice questions and essays. The minimum score standard is 80, and those who score below that will be required to retake the exam.

The breakdown of each week’s material is as follows:

Week 1:
Learning Data Validation and Conditional Formatting. in this week will be guided to create and apply Data Validation, as well as work with formulants in Data Validation. then continue with basic and advanced Conditional Formatting.

Week 2:
Discussing logical functions such as Conditional Logic and Nested IF.

Week 3:
Learned about functions such as CHOOSE, VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH and other dynamic searches to find and display data from multiple sources.

Week 4:
Learned about using Auditing Formulas to check for errors, Track Presents and Dependents, Resolve Recurring References and protect worksheets and Workbooks from further harm.

Week 5:
Learning about Data modeling. Learn how to model various scenarios based on Inputs, Assumptions or Outcomes. Also learn Functions like Goal Seek, Data Table and Scenario Manager to make the model more powerful.

Week 6:
Learn a little automation and identify the use of macros, as well as create, edit and process them to improve efficiency.
